He served on the Board of Directors of the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading from 1998-2008, was chairman of ISTAT's annual North American conference in 2003-2005 and will return to the ISTAT Board in 2009 as the Chairman of the ISTAT International Appraisers Board of Governors. He is an ISTAT Senior Appraiser. Stuart Rubin has a decade and a half of experience in transportation industry analysis, aircraft valuation and residual value forecasting. He is an ISTAT Certified Appraiser. Fletcher Arrington holds a FAA A&P license, has hands-on technical experience dating back to the late 1960s and is known for his ability to translate complex technical matters into plain English for non-technical people.
